Shared Accomodation
Accommodation for the course duration is available not too far from the school. Transport costs to school are minimal and can be discussed with the Head of Department (08151490763) +2348151490763 or via email : admission@niatecgroup.com
Transportation means can be students’ vehicles, public transport, bicycles, or personally arranged car hire services. The hostel is comfortable student collective self serviced mixed with facility management services.
Extra special screening is required for accommodation approval. Please contact the supervisor for accommodation information. COMMON FACILITIES
Kitchen | Study | Ironing
The kitchen is equipped with subscribed storage facilities. A mini Library and study is available with a 2 port Ironing station with 2 Irons readily available. Students are not allowed to bring in power heavy devices like iron, Ring boilers and hotplates. Water heaters above 600W not allowed. Music system and speakers not allowed.

NIATEC HOSTEL POLICY
INTRODUCTION
This document is the policy for The Apartment as approved by the management body on the 2nd of April,
This policy can be adjusted by the management when the need arises.
1.0. GENERAL
1.1. Occupants are expected to know and obey the apartment rules and regulations, a copy of
this will be sent to all the occupants.
1.2. Each occupant is bound by the apartment’s code of conducts, over and above the policy and
rules.
1.3. The management will endeavor to maintain confidentiality where appropriate, unless
required to report the matter to appropriate law enforcement bodies or government
agencies.
1.4. No cooking is allowed in any other area than the kitchen.
1.5. No electric kettles or toasters are allowed in the apartment.
1.6. Ensure all lights and permissible electronic equipment are turned off when leaving the
apartment.
1.7. Ensure all doors and windows are locked or securely closed. Do not leave any valuables
behind.
2.0. ACCOMODATION ADMISSION FEES
2.1. You will be admitted into the apartment only if you have paid at least 3 months upfront of
your rent fee and service charge.
2.2. The governing body alone is responsible for the regulation and control of hostel admission.
2.3. Accommodation fees are payable in advance each month, or as agreed in writing with the
management.
2.4. Occupants are only allowed to stay in the apartment if their fees are paid up. When
renewing, if a space is not paid for by the seventh day of the month, or an arranged date
with the governing body, the occupant will be asked to leave the hostel.
2.5. Occupants must give one month notice if they will be leaving the hostel at the end of the
month.
3.0. CODE OF CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE
3.1. Initiation in any form is prohibited.
3.2. Fighting and physical handling among occupants are prohibited.
3.3. Occupants may not smoke, or be in possession of any tobacco, and related substances such
as drugs in their rooms or in any other place where they may identified as occupants of the
accommodation.
3.4. No occupant may enter any room apart from his/her own unless with the necessary
permission, or accompanied by the relevant fellow occupant.
3.5. Occupants shall at all times treat all persons including hostel staff, fellow occupants and
visitors, with respect and dignity.
3.6. Firearms, batons, knives or any other forms of weapons are strictly forbidden.
4.0. VISITORS
4.1. Visitors are subject to, and must respect the accommodation rules.
4.2. Occupants will be held responsible for their visitor’s conduct.
4.3. Visitors may not enter any other room other than their host.
4.4. Visitors are not allowed to use the accommodation’s property, only occupants have the
right to use the properties.
5.0. NOISE AND CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS
5.1. Playing music or other sounds at unreasonable volumes is forbidden.
5.2. Shouting, screaming and talking loudly is not accepted.
5.3. There are no specific quiet times. Please respect your fellow students in this regard.
6.0. CLEANLINESS OF THE RESIDENCE, COMMON AREA AND ROOMS
6.1. The apartment staff will be responsible to keep all rooms, bathrooms, toilets and common
areas clean and tidy at all times.
6.2. No disposing of spoilt food, liquid substance or anything that would invite ants or flies in the
bins in your rooms.
6.3. Ensure that no dirty takeaway food containers are kept in the room. There must be disposed
in the general bin outside.
7.0. KITCHEN POLICY
7.1. You responsible to clean up and wipe the kitchen counter after use. Respect other
occupants.
7.2. The kitchen is a shared use space. Only 3 occupants are allowed to use the kitchen at a time.
7.3. All occupants using the kitchen must adhere to the required personal hygiene protocols.
7.4. Occupants will provide their own gas {ONLY CAMPING GAS IS ALLOWED}, pots, pot holders,
cooking items, pans, food stuffs and other items necessary for cooking. Do not leave your
personal items in the kitchen after use without storing it in your allocated cupboard.
7.5. No occupant is authorized to leave their dirty plates and pots in the kitchen unwashed or till
the following day.
FURNITURE AND FIXTURES POLICY
7.6. On allocation of the room, the occupants will be provided with the essential furniture and
fixtures. The occupants should ensure that such furniture and fixtures are maintained in
good condition.
7.7. Occupants are required to hand over furniture and other materials in good condition when
they change or vacate the room.
8.0. DAMAGE AND VANDALISM
8.1. Occupants are required to report any information regarding specific acts of vandalism or
damage {including accidental damages}.
8.2. Occupants cannot paints, damage, or otherwise alter the private or public spaces of the
facility or property.
8.3. Occupants are not permitted to repair or attempt to repair damages. Repair or replacement
costs will be assessed to individual/individuals responsible.
9.0. HEALTH ISSUE AND SECURITY
9.1. Occupants are hereby informed that if you are feeling unwell, you are expected to first
report to the workshop after taking some basic medication.
9.2. If after reporting, you still feel too unwell to continue, management will assess and confirm
your health condition. If it is established that you are truly unfit to work, you will be
required to write a formal letter. Upon acknowledgement, you may go home (not the
hostel) to rest properly and seek treatment. This procedure is mandatory and must be
strictly adhered to by all staff and student of RRD.
9.3. All staff and students are reminded that by 8:30 AM on weekdays, everyone is required to
leave the hostel premises and ensure that all doors are properly locked and secured. This
rule is mandatory and must be strictly observed to maintain order, safety, and discipline.
9.4. Theft, damage, or destruction of properties will not be tolerated. Anyone found guilty will
face serious disciplinary action, which may result in immediate termination of contract
and/or eviction from the hostel. These rules are binding and must be strictly observed by
everyone.
